Voices: A Collection of Poetry and Short Stories grew from my belief that storytelling is a living part of every culture. Long before stories were written in books, they were spoken, sung, chanted, and carried through rhythm. They preserved history, taught important lessons, entertained communities, and connected one generation to the next. That tradition continues whenever someone shares an experience and another person takes the time to listen. Welcome to Voices.
The poems and stories in this collection explore different moments, emotions, observations, and experiences. It also recognizes the reader's voice because every reader brings personal memories and understanding to the page.
